Where is the FBC Terminal?
AllThings.How places the Downtown terminal inside the Oldest House section of Downtown, south of Central Checkpoint. Pass the checkpoint scanners, follow the security corridor and look for a small office off the security hall: the terminal is an older desktop on a desk. No key or traversal ability is needed.
Interact with the monitor (FBC TERMINAL — Activate Terminal) and click through the intro until Begin appears.
