Contact Us

The fastest way to reach us is email: contact@control-resonant.online. It goes to a real inbox that we read — there is no ticketing system and no bot on the other end.
We are a small fan project, so replies are not instant. Corrections get handled first, because a wrong page costs readers more than a slow reply costs you.
Found something wrong? Tell us
This is the most useful message you can send. Launch-window details move fast — store pages change, patches land, and aggregate review scores drift — and we would rather hear about it from you than leave a wrong number sitting in search results.
To make a correction easy to act on, include whatever you have:
- The page URL and the specific line that is wrong.
- What you saw in game or on the store page instead.
- A screenshot or clip if you have one — that lets us verify without reproducing the whole run.
- Your platform and game version, since values differ between PS5, Xbox, PC and patches.
Have you confirmed something we mark as unverified?
There are a few things on this wiki we openly label as unsettled, and we would like to close them:
- The exact count of Aberrant forms. Press coverage and PlayStation.Blog describe the set differently, so we do not publish a single number as fact.
- Whether the shipped PC build carries third-party DRM. The Steam store page listed no Denuvo notice before launch; an in-hand confirmation after the day-one patch would settle it.
- Any change to Game Pass status. A deleted Xbox UK post is the only thing that ever suggested a day-one deal, and no official confirmation exists.
If you can supply any of these with a screenshot or clip, we will publish it, credit you if you want the credit, and date the page to the version you tested on.
What we cannot help with
- Bugs, crashes, save loss or account problems — those belong in the official Remedy Discord or the relevant platform support channel.
- Refunds and purchase issues — Steam, Epic, PlayStation and Xbox support handle those, not the developer and certainly not us.
- Requests to publish unverified numbers, leaked codes or fabricated bonuses. If it is not confirmed through official channels, it does not go on the site.
Suggesting a guide
If there is a question you searched for and could not find an answer to, that is worth sending. Tell us the question as you would type it into a search box — the gaps readers actually hit are more useful to us than our own guesses about what to write next.
